Every
dog who is new to my training program must go through an Evaluation
whether it be at my ranch or your home. The initial Evaluation is $75. If you choose to take private lessons after
the Evaluation, I will take $25 off your first lesson. But if you choose to leave your dog for a 30 day
training period, your $75 will be credited towards the 30 day cost.
My Basic Training package includes a Sit or Down, Stay, Come, and walking
calmly at your side. I will work with your dog to stop annoying habits such as jumping up, uncontrollable barking, and
bolting through doors. If you have a specific behavioral issue that you want me to work on, just let me know. I
do require a 30 day minimum for Basic Training. Some issues may require an extended stay. Basic Training is $700.00 per
month.
**Special Offer for dogs who have previously been in long-term, in-house training with me and
will be re-entering my training program for a stay of less than 30 days for a refresher course. A $15 training
fee per session on top of our regular boarding price of $20 per day. Training session days will be limited to no more
than 5 days per week. Note: This is only for dogs staying less than 30 days. For previous clients who wish to stay more than
30 days, the monthly rate of $700 will apply.
Private Lessons. Private Lessons here at the ranch are $50. Lessons at your home are
$50 plus mileage. All private lessons involving livestock will have a stock surcharge. Contact me for more information

Need a place for your dog to stay when
your family goes on vacation? Why should your family have all the fun? Bring your dogs to the ranch for their very own
unique vacation experience while you are away. Spring break, summer vacation, or any time of the year -- there is no
passport required for your dog to stay at the XP Ranch!
We are not a traditional boarding kennel. We do
not place your dog into an indoor/outrun run for the duration of his stay. Your dog will stay in our climate-controlled indoor
kennel complete with satellite TV. Several times a day, the dogs are let outside to exercise and enjoy our beautiful country
atmosphere.
Board rates are $20 a day/night. This includes any amount
of time up to 24 hours. Contact us for special rates on multiple dogs and stays longer than a week. Note: We
reserve the right to add charges for dogs with special needs.

We have a limited availability
to accept visiting dogs, so please make arrangements early to assure your pet's well-deserved country vacation!

We also offer pickup and delivery of your dog, and charges are based on mileage. 24
hours notice is needed for this service.
